Jung Bakery

The “Bäckerei Jung”  has been a family run business with various locations in Zurich ever since 1976. One of its latest achievements is the Holzofen Bäckerei at the Klusplatz with the reminiscent design of the cult bakery of old times. Reflecting the new fresh concept are the bright mint-green walls, ceiling and the floor in a combination with the chrome steel counter and beech wood.

The prominent element of the room is the sales counter, where the entire range of products is presented. On the right side of the counter, you can watch the baker making the fresh bread that is then baked in an old recommissioned brick oven. The room is designed in such a way that the production and sales process go hand in hand.
